The VIE Talent Acquisition – Early Careers is the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders in managing top talents for L’Oreal key campus hiring needs. They manage the Candidate Experience from end to end, providing superior client attention with a larger goal of enhancing L’Oral’s Employer Brand Image. This position requires an individual capable of making decisions in ambiguous situations, demonstrating superior problem solving, and composure in a dynamic fast paced and changing environment. The VIE will also be responsible for supporting data analytics, posting strategies, candidate sourcing execution, and periodic full-cycle recruiting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as full end-to end recruiter on junior level positions including summer interns and junior associates for corporate business functions (Finance, HR, IT, and Sales)
* Maintain high quality candidate feedback in Global ATS
* Validate reporting in ATS for team and support ad hoc requests
* Develop candidate pipelines through internal CRM and external digital (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) tools
* Manage scheduling aspect of candidate experience including travel, calendar coordination for HR, TA and line management
* Ensure that all candidates interviewing with L’Oreal have completed all necessary administrative steps including application, reimbursement requests, WOTC form etc
* Continuously provide insight on candidate experience to recruiters to ensure positive experience and to avert potential issues
* Ensure candidate receives all offer and employment related information and completes requirements for eligibility to hire
* Maintain applicant tracking system and lead audits of recruiter data input
* Other duties may be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters preferred
* Minimum of 1-2 years within a dynamic office setting environment is required
* Experience in Talent Acquisition roles is preferred but not required
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and planning skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast paced work environment
* High proficiency in integrated systems such as ATS, HRIS
* Strong Microsoft Office suite experience including presentation building skills
* Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive date and information on a regular basis
