You will
- Be responsible for sourcing, screening, and introducing exceptional talents to our business units who in turn will drive our brands to even greater success. As TA Partner, you will support the Talent Acquisition Teams needs in creating and implementing an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
- Be passionate about sourcing candidates through job boards and social media as well as building robust pipelines for future roles.
- Pride yourself on offering an exemplary candidate experience.
- Be confident and competent with speaking to potential candidates, able to spot the very best talent using your business acumen and innate intuition to make an in-depth and fair assessment of everyone.
- Have genuine curiosity for trends within the TA landscape and have the opportunity to attend external industry events in order to constantly build your network and knowledge.
- Partner with the global Talent Acquisition Team for shared use of tools and resources.
- Apply strategies to attract diverse candidates to all your functions.
- Support on ADHOC project activities which will be critical to continuously boost our employer brand and ensure we are always one step ahead with new sourcing tools and technologies
You have
- Demonstrable experience working in an effective in-house or agency talent acquisition team.
- Recent experience recruiting, sourcing, and conducting telephone screening calls.
- The ability to work at pace and handle ambiguity.
- Strong personal impact and relationship building skills, with the capability and energy to drive change
- Excellent communication skills
