ABOUT THE JOB
Our Talent Team are seeking a confident, highly motivated and commercially focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on an initial 12 month contract. You will work within a small yet contemporary TA function that pushes the boundaries on what is possible. Collaborating with the business across all of L’Oreal’s brands you will put your recruitment prowess to work sourcing the best talents to join and grow our business.
In the role you will:
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process to find high calibre talent for our business
  • Actively build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a close proximity to the business
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to proactively secure talents for L’Oreal
  • Manage and deliver candidate experience that places the candidate at the centre of the recruitment process
  • Actively manage L’Oreal’s employer brand within key candidate segments

ABOUT YOU
  • You have 2-4 years previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment
  • Use of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Avature
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Self-starting and a can-do attitude!
