What You Will Learn

This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end order flow process for SkinCeuticals business customers and internal business partners. This position interacts with business accounts and multiple levels within the organization and must exhibit resolution-focused solutions to opportunities and challenges while meeting or exceeding department and organizational KPI’s.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• 1. Support Phone que for internal and external customers.
• 2. Email communication support for internal and external customers.
• 3. Process return/replacement orders
• 4. Partner with Credit, I&C and DC to resolve challenges
• 5. Audit for Data integrity
• 6. Adhoc ing or special assignments as directed by management.

Education

What We Are Looking For:

High School and some college or equivalent work experience required.

Experience

• 1-3 years of contact center experience
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook required.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong communicational, oral and written skills.
• Ability to work independently – be dependable and reliable self-starter.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment that values collaboration efforts.
• Excellent analytical skills, understanding and developing trends.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Operates with integrity and high ethical standards.
• Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as required.
