What are key highlights of this role?

We are looking for an exceptional Education & Retail Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting all administrative aspects of Education & Retail. Reporting into the National Education & Customer Experience Manager, they will pioneer collaborative ways of working between functions and various professionals, work autonomously, and will be a key part of the team by using your dynamic skincare market insights in support of the Kiehl’s UKI Education & Retail strategy.

You will have genuine excitement and passion for skincare, the skincare market in general, customer service, in store services and retail. As well as being proactive, having a strong sense of organisation and have great attention to detail.

What are the key responsibilities?

• Owning the planning and execution of the incredibly strategic Pear Tree Post KCR newsletter
• Support National Education & Customer Experience Manager preparing Spring/Autumn Education Seminars
• Owning the planning and updating of Kiehl’s Academy, our e learning platform & our exclusive on line KCR community platform.
• Responsible for the on boarding of new starters and their initial education priorities including induction.
• Playing a key role in the day to day management of the brand Education department.
• Main point of contact for Area Managers and KCR’s with regards education and certain retail responsibilities.
• Responsible for organizing travel and accommodation for all KCR education seminars.
• Responsible for maintaining up to date stock levels of Training materials (literature & service tools)
• Coordinating & reporting all customer experience metrics.
• Support in – store and online omni channel eventing.
• Responsible for all administration for the Education team.
• Assisting the National Education & Customer Experience Manager/Retail and Education Director and Area Managers with ad hoc projects

Eventing

Be proactive in planning, executing an leading in store eventing through the brands focus on their key door strategy.

Social

Lead & develop our KCR Engagement Experts programme alongside our brand Engagement team to enable our KCR’s to bring the in store experience to life across our social channels through content creation.

Support brand & retailer channels by appearing in lives & content.

• Support organizing the Quarterly Sales Drive Meetings for Field & Head Office teams, book internal meeting rooms; source external venues for presentations.
• Co-ordinate pre-series and marketing material for Sales and Training teams
• Manage the Retail & Education Teams/One drive folders with up to date and relevant information for teams
• Complete monthly Zone retail reporting
• Setting up and updating store target file
• Responsible for KCR productivity monitoring
• Adhoc Reporting and Admin Support for Retail Director

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

o Previous experience within Retail

o Highly organized by nature and excellent attention to detail

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills

o The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

o Professional, supportive with a positive attitude

o Medium Microsoft suite skills are essential (including word, excel & PowerPoint)
