L’Oreal Hiring for 12 Month Junior O+O Education Associate – Urban Decay Job at El Segundo, CA Full Time

This role is an exciting and unique opportunity to participate in crafting Urban Decay’s Online & Offline Education strategy, and delivering best-in class, innovative and impactful consumer and employee experiences for one of the leading global make-up brands.

Candidates must have a high interest in beauty as well as strong curiosity for latest digital trends, to continue pushing Urban Decay as a Gen Z and digital-first brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Participate in digital campaign activation of online and offline education activations
• Prepare briefs and training content, and communication for our global retail education teams
• Work with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, social, GBD & Digital) as well as our key markets, to ensure project execution and on-time delivery of our training or content packs
• Support virtual-try on set up for new products on urbandecay.com, collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Project manage and co-ordinate key milestones for the department ensuring that key dates and deadline are being met for all new launches and O+O activations
• Audit and compile key learnings and results from our activations, including performance of Virtual try-on and Online consumer services by collecting market feedback (via data analytic reports and customer insights) in order to improve our strategic goals
• Monitor online consumer experience landscape and provide monthly recaps of latest trends and innovative content to drive new ideas and concepts
• Support the O+O education teams on all transversal projects and campaigns

WHAT YOU NEED:

Must be a recent undergraduate with a Bachelor’s Degree. Degree must be received within the last 12 months to qualify for internship program, along with:

• Excellent operational and project management skills
• Passion for trends, makeup and consumer experience
• Operational, logistics or event management efficiency.
• Flexible and adaptive attitude to changing priorities
• Ability to communicate your message, lesson or strategy clearly & with confidence
• Strong PowerPoint design skills are a must.
• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and roll-up-your sleeves attitude
