Loos & Co Hiring for Marketing Lead – Digital and Delivery Services at Pomfret Center, CT Full Time

We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital and Delivery Services Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of all digital and delivery projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll have the chance to work with cross-functional teams and stay current with industry trends and technologies, all while driving the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination of all marketing and communications to ensure they are delivered on the appropriate channel in a timely and effective manner
• Manage and coordinate all tradeshows for the company, including planning, budgeting, and execution
• Develop and implement strategies for digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media, and website management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all digital and delivery projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure that the company is utilizing the most effective and efficient practices
• Produce all s for marketing to track progress and measure success

Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget
• Experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media, and website management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and project management
• Experience in tradeshow coordination and management is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

This position requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
