Looking For Leather Technician Full Time NEW

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur for a Leather Technician. The Leather Technician will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as overseeing the production process, conducting quality control checks, ensuring that leather products meet specified standards, and researching innovative processing methods. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new leather products and improve fabrication techniques, while following and enforcing environmental safety regulations.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in leather manufacturing, processing techniques, and material inspection

Expertise in quality control and product testing methodologies to ensure materials meet specifications

Technical skills related to equipment calibration, machinery handling, and troubleshooting during processing

Understanding of chemical treatments, dyeing processes, and environmental compliance standards

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying and resolving issues in production

Team collaboration skills and effective communication abilities

Educational background in leather technology or a related field is preferred

Experience working in a leather manufacturing or processing environment is an advantage
