Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Hardware Networking Engineer with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Network Design and Implementation**: Create efficient network designs to meet business needs and implement hardware solutions such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
– **Troubleshooting and Maintenance**: Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of all hardware components.
– **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, updates, and procedures to support future troubleshooting and upgrades.
– **Collaboration**: Work closely with other IT staff to ensure smooth integration of hardware and software solutions, and participate in team meetings to discuss network projects.
– **Training and Support**: Provide support and training to junior engineers and staff to help them understand network hardware functionalities and best practices.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should have a diploma in a relevant field and possess strong analytical skills to diagnose and solve network issues quickly. You should be comfortable working with various network hardware and familiar with industry standards. A good understanding of network security principles is essential. Strong communication skills will be necessary for collaborating with team members and providing support to users. Finally, you should be a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and works well under pressure.
