Key Responsibilities:
– **Assist with Daily Transactions**: Help record financial transactions accurately, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and correctly documented.
– **Invoice Management**: Support the preparation and processing of invoices, confirming that all details are correct and sent to clients in a timely manner.
– **Data Entry**: Input financial data into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information for analysis and reporting.
– **Customer Support**: Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors related to accounts payable and receivable, helping resolve any issues promptly.
– **File Management**: Organize and maintain financial records and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
