Lookahead Search Hiring for Senior Researcher / Talent Sourcer Job at Sydney Full Time

You’ll be the person at Lookahead focused on candidate research and talent pooling. Everyone here does research (aka candidate sourcing, searching). Your job is to expand our efforts, making sure no stone is left unturned. Researching to us involves community building, searching for new people, keeping in touch with folks already in our database and making sure we’re around to help at the right time. We’ve been hiring software developers for more than 9 years, so there’s a long tail of folks who know us already and who have had a good experience with us.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for experience in a candidate research, recruiting, or a sourcing role before. You’ll have an opinion on the tools and techniques we currently use, pointing out areas for improvement. You’ll help us automate as much as possible, so we can be human where it counts. Our lovely team will help you get up to speed on the technical side of things, so you don’t need a technical background, but we are after someone with a genuine interest in technology.
