Longview Property Services LLC Hiring for Highly Ambitious Accounts Payable Accountant Needed Job at New York, NY Full Time

Key Job Responsibilities

· Ideal candidate will be excited to manage the entire Accounts Payable process.

· Coding invoices to the appropriate account.

· Manage vendor relationships and routinely communicate with vendors.

· Identify, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies.

· Process check requests and other electronic payments.

· Review and enter expenses for employees and staff.

· Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.

· Respond to all vendor inquiries.

· Monthly bank reconciliations.

· Assist Accounting team with monthly closing reports.

· Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.

Key Skills/Experience/Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-3 years of experience

· Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel & Outlook

· Accounting software experience a plus (i.e. Yardi, AppFolio, Timberline, QuickBooks etc.)

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation

· Final compensation commensurate with your experience.

· Expected range to be $60,000-$70,000+.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
