We are seeking a strategic, analytical, professional and self-starting individual to join our growing Marketing & eCommerce team. As Marketing Manager, Paid Media, your role will be to refine, expand and above all elevate Long’s footprint across traditional and emerging media channels, with an ability to segment acquisition and remarketing initiatives. This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Burlington, MA.
Responsibilities:
Own Long’s media strategy, with a focus on SEM (Google, Bing), paid social (Facebook/Instagram) and display as well as traditional formats such as OOH and print
Partner closely with brand marketing manager to implement data-driven, customer-centric media plans that drive awareness, engagement and omnichannel growth
Partner with buyers and external vendors to build, execute and analyze annual COOP plans
Negotiate direct media buys as well as manage agency partners as appropriate
Build, QA, launch and optimize campaigns in self-serve channels
Craft creative briefs for marketing stakeholders (photographer, graphic designer) to develop digital assets that align with our brand position and connect with the on-site experience
Share insights and recommendations for channel, audience and creative optimizations
Be the expert on new platform features and communicate ideas for testing and growth
Bring a hunger to explore new channels for Long’s, such as TikTok, CTV and affiliate
Partner in developing and managing paid digital media budgets and KPIs
Manage total media budget and process all invoices and credit memos
