Longfellow Design Build Hiring for Accounting Assistant Job at Plymouth, MA Full Time

An established and expanding custom home design-build company in Osterville, MA is looking for a hardworking part time accounting assistant with a basic understanding of accounting concepts who is ready for an immersive, real-world experience. We are looking for a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking. This person should be a trustworthy individual who is receptive to feedback and eager to learn.

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

• Data entry, scanning, filing.
• Preparing bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
• Entering bills and assisting with accounts payable management.
• Entering credit card receipts and tracking purchases.

Accounting Assistant Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Very organized, attention to detail.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
• Experience with QuickBooks a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
