Longevity Holdings Inc Hiring for Associate Financial Planning and Analysis Full Time

Longevity Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our exciting & growing organization! You will be responsible for the full candidate lifecycle of sourcing, interviewing and extending offers to candidates for open positions. You’ll identify opportunities to build applicant pipelines and establish strong partnerships with the hiring managers. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure hiring goals are met in support of our People Objective “We are a company where people want to work, feel like they belong and are valued, can grow, and are making a difference.” The recruiting coordinator position s into this role.

Position is based in MN. Remote first with quarterly/ad hoc in-office collaboration. s to the CHRO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing, attracting, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers
• Place and update all job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed.com, job boards, social networks, and other digital mediums
• Lead the development of a recruitment process playbook, including input for training to managers for interviewing
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Continuously develop networks to actively build a pipeline of candidates at various skill levels
• Ensure candidates and internal stakeholders receive a high-value experience at all touchpoints throughout the recruitment process
• Support DE&I in all recruiting activity

Skills & Experience:

• Two to four plus years of comprehensive, full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
• Bachelors’ degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. recruiting laws & procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting, ex: LinkedIn, Indeed.com, etc.
• Proven ability to communicate and draw in top talent to the organization
• Must possess excellent oral/written communication
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
