Longbow Advantage Hiring for Sr Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts Full Time

What to expect
As the Sr. Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts, you will be a key leader responsible for driving the success and strategic direction of our highest tier of customers, working closely with our sales team and Director of Customer Success. You will collaborate with our strategic accounts and your sales counterparts to understand the customers’ unique business needs, ensure the successful implementation of our products/services, and develop strategies to maximize customer retention and growth.

• This is a remote position with required travel. Must be able to travel between US and Canada.
  

Once you join our team, you will…

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including very closely with sales, to align our solutions with the strategic objectives of each account.
• Stay current on product releases and Rebus use cases and be a trusted advisory and SME for customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns proactively.
• Be an advocate for customers internally, aligning key stakeholders across services, sales, and other teams to eliminate roadblocks and be a voice of the customer inside of Longbow.

• Design and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy for strategic accounts, including onboarding, training, success planning, and ongoing support.
• Work with the sales and services teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within strategic accounts.
• Build account plans and maintain a deep understanding of organizational charts, decision makers, and process for contracting and budget approvals.
• Develop and execute plans to ensure high customer retention rates and drive expansion revenue.
• Analyze customer usage to identify trends and areas for improvement, and proactively address potential issues.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the health and progress of strategic accounts.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations to communicate customer success strategies and results.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of warehouse operations and important KPIs.
  

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience, with 3+ years in customer success role in a high-tech organization.
• Experience working with a customer base of large, complex organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at the executive level.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Experience maintaining CRM, Smartsheet and other data and communication systems a plus.
• Required travel: Up to 30%
