The Longboard head office and principal manufacturing facility are located in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Situated in the Fraser Valley, just 60km east of Vancouver, Abbotsford is a quickly growing, diverse and family-friendly city with a lot to offer! What you will do:

• Learn about our industry-leading automated equipment systems
• Work with a team to ensure quality and to meet production goals
• Operate machinery in a production line
• Report to a supervisor and manager

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work Monday to Friday 7am – 3:30pm
• Must be available for other shifts as necessary
• Must be able to work in Abbotsford
• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• 2+ years production experience
• Able to lift 25 lbs. repetitively
• Production line machine operation experience is a plus
• Familiarity with 6S, Theory of Constraints, and Kanban is a plus

Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: production line, general labourer, packaging, warehouse associate.
