Primary Purpose & Function:
Deliver prompt, reliable service to our customers while embodying our Mission, Vision, and Values.
Completes 5 days and 1 day call out reminders of service while setting the expectation of the service for the customer.
Informs Project Manager/Service Technician of any customer complaints regarding services provided for resolution
Keeps record of all conversations in the client tracking system in a comprehensible way
Answers all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Performs administrative support to the department as needed
Protects customer information and the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Perform other related duties as assigned
Desired Skills/Experience:
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 to 12 months related experience in a customer service role.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion and must be able to keep sensitive information completely confidential.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email
Excellent data entry skills.
Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to develop a rapport with customers over the phone quickly.
Ability to learn and use new software quickly.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to gain a comprehensive knowledge our company standards, practices, and systems across multiple departments.
Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with our service department techs.
