LoneStar Wealth Management Hiring for Email Campaign and Marketing Team Member Full Time

LoneStar Wealth Management, LLC, a financial services firm in Lubbock, TX, is seeking a full-time Email Campaign and Marketing Team Member to join our team of professionals. The Email Campaign and Marketing Team Member will join a project manager in implementing multiple email campaigns for our clients.

Email Campaign and Marketing Team Member Responsibilities:

• Implement email campaigns for clients
• Maintain email campaign system
• Take new work orders
• Monitor 3,000 – 5,000 emails sent out/day and track status of each email
• Coordinate customers via emails
• Handle invoicing for email campaigns and process payments
• Manage database and subscribers
• Edit HTML emails
• Create registration pages for virtual meetings like ZOOM and GOTO meeting
• Manage variances and take corrective action
• Troubleshoot email deliverability
• Other duties as assigned

Email Campaign and Marketing Team Member Requirements:

• High school degree
• Certificate in technology and/or Associates or education focusing on computer technology or similar area
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel (cell formulas and data synthesis)
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Teams and Planner (track project progress)
• Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Acrobat (form creation and file management)
• Intermediate knowledge in Office Exchange
• Basic/novice level of HTML
• Technical writing and proofing experience
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to approach problem solving with resourcefulness and creativity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
