Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager at Lone Mountain Truck Leasing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts to new heights. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, overseeing campaigns, generating leads, tracking ROI, and ensuring our brand’s consistent growth and success. The role requires a strong blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the ever-changing marketing landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives
• Oversee the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, e-mail, content marketing, and video
• Generate new strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Monitor and on key marketing metrics, providing regular performance analysis and recommendations for improvement
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage
• Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
• Other tasks or duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across multiple channels
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
• Proficient in data analysis and ing, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Creative thinking combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing
