Early Years Training company is looking for a freelance Early years Tutor to deliver and develop courses in the subject of Emotional Regulation, Attachment and other related subjects
You will be a part of team to develop and teach parts of accredited courses as well as create new short engaging workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing good relationships with learners
- Maintaining communication with managers
- Guiding and supporting learners to complete learning programmes and build portfolios of evidence
- Delivering engaging teaching and learning sessions online
- Advising, supporting and coaching learners
- Maintaining occupational competence and up to date knowledge of the early year sector
The ideal candidate will have
· Strong background in Early Years teaching
· Passion for Early Years and new research
. Understanding of Emotional regulation Framework
· Ideally Assessing qualification, but this is not a must
The position requires around 5-10 hours a month, however can increase through developing further courses
