The Education subject area comprises of the Undergraduate and
Postgraduate degrees in BA Education, BA Primary Education as well as
the Initial Teacher Education PGCEs for both Secondary and Primary
teacher training. We also work closely with the Undergraduate and
Postgraduate Early Childhood Studies team.

ABOUT THE POST

This full-time Senior Lecturer post in the Education subject area
requires a qualified and experienced Higher Education professional in
who has relevant experience of lecturing in Education related subjects
at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels of study. Relevant
experience of working in primary schools is also desirable.

Applicants should also have experience of course leadership; module
leadership; developing modules; courses and training programmes related
to Education Studies subjects and Primary Education. They will be
required to teach at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels on
Education degree programmes and QTS Primary is desirable.
