Talent Officer – Job Profile
The Talent Officer role sits within the Talent Hub Centre of Excellence, and is influential in driving forward our approach to delivering apprenticeship and graduate programmes. Engaging with a variety of hiring teams, the post holder builds strong working relationship across both boroughs, utilising the apprenticeship levy to increase the number of apprenticeships whilst upskilling employees.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work as part of a job share and the successful applicant will be required to work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays , in partnership with our current Talent Officer.
About you
This role offers you the opportunity to influence and contribute to the apprenticeship and graduate programme for the future, so we’re looking for someone who is forward-thinking, ambitious and customer centric. Y ou’ll need to have:
You’ll have experience of working within a similar role, supporting the delivery of successful apprenticeship programmes, whilst working with key stakeholders to promote initiatives and interventions designed to develop employees.
You’ll be a real people person with a passion for continuing learning and development.
