Job Duties:

• Assists our outside accounting firm with data entry and provides any needed information
• Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software
• Posting financial transaction in databases
• Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
• Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the record
• Backup to processing payroll (Bi-weekly)
• Orders office supplies and maintain supply room
• Maintains vehicle paperwork, includes but not limited to insurance, licensing, and registration
• Become proficient in industry specific software (SBI Nursery)
• Assists with answering phones
• Other job duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
