The Compliance Learning and Communications Specialist has end-to-end ownership of all aspects of the compliance communications and training program, creating and delivering consistently branded industry-related communications and training to employees and business partners. The specialist will be hands-on with all creative elements, including writing concise and impactful custom content, developing engaging and interactive e-modules, incorporating other training formats (e.g., webinar, video, infographics, etc.), and ongoing maintenance of the training content and library consistent with legal, regulatory, client and industry developments and requirements.
This position includes researching and developing concise, high-quality learning content and comprehension testing, instructional design, occasional presentation of live training, ongoing program development, and the creation of training strategies to ensure effective training balanced with efficient and appropriate resource commitments. This position incorporates adult learning principles, training plans, and the use of training development and management technology.

The Compliance Learning and Communications Specialist brings value to the team by identifying opportunities for training and seeks input from Subject Matter Experts while incorporating technology to develop and support accurate and effective compliance training content for both internal training programs and as a service for external clients. Compliance training is a core function and service within the compliance department and is at the foundation of establishing a successful compliance culture. The Compliance Training Program Manager is a trusted advisor and partner to internal units and external clients
