LogMeIn Hiring for Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator (Intern) Job at Sydney Full Time

LogMeIn is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and curious Recruiting Coordinator Intern. This is a paid internship for a period of 6 months and is a brand-new position due to growth!

This internal recruitment role will support the APAC Talent Acquisition Partner to organise and execute recruitment activity, focused on hiring of sales personnel. As part of a small team your scope will be broad, with opportunities to gain experience in multiple areas including co-ordination, sourcing and employer branding.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedule phone and video (GoToMeeting) interviews for candidates across the APAC region, including Australia, India and Singapore
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates
• Source candidates on LinkedIn and on our applicant tracking system (Workday)
• Conduct phone interviews for certain roles
• Co-ordinate onboarding processes for new hires
• Employer branding (recruitment marketing) activities, to find new ways to position LogMeIn as an employer of choice and get in front of our target audience. This could include activities such as interviewing current employees and creating Canva graphics

BACKGROUND/SKILLS SOUGHT:

• Strong skills communication and attention to detail
• Highly organised, with an ability to optimize processes for speed and error reduction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high demand environment
• Proactive learner, high “get-it-done” quotient, and a “what can I do now?” mentality
• Experience working with systems such as Microsoft Outlook, a CRM and Canva is desirable but not essential
