Title: Customer Service Representative (Victoria, BC – Remote and Onsite positions)

About the Company: LogiCall Inc. is a small, but rapidly growing Canadian-based company providing high quality call-center support to clients from around the world.

About the Position: Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the heart of our business! We are currently looking for experienced CSRs to help meet client demand. (Full time, Part time, Casual) These positions are fully remote within Canada. Key responsibilities include:

• Take customer calls, answer questions and provide information
• Enhance sales where possible through offering add-ons, enhancements or additional related products and/or services
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and/or using products and services
• Manage dissatisfied customers by providing patient, supportive assistance; escalate as required.
• Call customers to inform them of new products, services and/or policy changes
• Review customer accounts by providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other items
• Ensure customer records are up to date
• Collaborate with other call center team members to improve service delivery

Education & Experience

• English fluency – both written and verbal
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 3-5 years of customer service experience – preferably as a Call Center Agent
• Experience working with multiple Customer Records Management (CRM) Systems and scripts concurrently is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability
