Job Description

The Role

As our new T/A Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify bar-raising talent. You will attract, and proactively approach candidates via social media and employee referrals, and play an important part in the creation of our talent events calendar.

You will:

• Prepare recruitment material / comms and post job adverts, to source, screen, and recruit brilliant candidates
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes, and assist in interviews where required
• Guide the offer negotiation process, and prepare on boarding paperwork. Ensuring a smooth hand-over – at the latter stages – to IT, Management, and Payroll
• Provide recruitment reports on behalf of the team to the HR Director
• Play a key role in the integration of a new ATS, and work with our H/R project ops team to update systems / talent assessment tools, with a view to continuously improve our ability to deliver top-class hiring practices

What will you bring?

• Experience as a recruiter, ideally with some knowledge of the IT/MSP or broader tech space
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills, will be underpinned by an ability to reprioritise, and succeed under the exciting pressures of a growing organisation
• You will have an innate ability to flex your approach to a wide array of job-roles and stakeholder needs. You are not a ‘care-taker’. You are someone who enjoys challenge and the opportunity to make big impacts through your solutions orientated, continuous improvement mind-set.
