A day in the life of a Logic Staffing Recruiter:
· Hit the ground running each morning ready to conquer your day!
· Reach out to potential candidates via email, text and phone, conduct phone interviews, schedule and conduct in person interviews,
· Use your exceptional skills to build rapport and develop relationships with current employees, potential candidates and clients
· Work with your team to achieve and exceed goals
· Match newly hired candidates with Logic Staffing’s client opportunities
· Work in a fast-paced environment – the day flies by
· Visit client worksites to establish rapport and build partnerships and credibility
· Build and maintain network of potential candidates through referrals
· Use your creativity, suggest ideas and strategies related to recruitment
· Achieve daily and weekly hiring goals

Additional Requirements
· Phone Skills
· Preferred previous recruiting experience or related field (sales, customer service, hospitality)
· Computer Efficiency: typing and Microsoft Office
Acquired Skills through experience or educational training!
· Intermediate skills on all Microsoft Office Software – Outlook, Word, Excel
· Ability to learn and adapt to in-house systems and data bases
· Sales and Revenue Generating ideas
