What you’ll be doing:
Assess service requests to develop efficient approaches to address each situation
Communicating with head office to schedule contractors or suppliers for customer follow-ups.
Perform repairs to framing, drywall or other as required.
Assist head office in updating customer files during the warranty period.
Consult with staff, management and suppliers
Maintain customer contact according to company warranty policy
Resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion & escalate concerns when needed.
Additional duties as assigned or as required to ensure our teams meet our customers’ needs
What you bring to the team:
High school education; construction related diploma or certificate is an asset
Minimum of 1 year warranty and/or construction experience, multi-family preferred
Previous experience in working in the customer service field
Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a team or independently
Effective problem solving and decision making skills
Knowledge of hand and power tools and building codes
Physically able to walk and stand for long periods of time, plus squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching and twisting
Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs of weight
Valid Driver’s License required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook; MS Project experience is an asset
