We are looking for a competent Accountant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure and minimal supervision.

This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison between the Sandersville office location and our head office in Canada
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure information is communicated in a timely manner
• Review documents for their accuracy and entireness- payroll time sheets, employee expense reports, daily job reports, etc.
• Maintain filing systems- electronic and hard copy
• Issue purchase orders as directed and reconcile with packing slips and invoices
• Bank deposits
• Sort and distribute mail
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
