Logan City Council Hiring for Senior Projects and Partnership Officer at Australia Full Time

This permanent full time Senior Projects and Partnerships Officer position s directly to the Sports and Community Projects and Partnerships Coordinator. This role will be instrumental in initiating, coordinating and leading the development and implementation of projects and partnerships to support and promote key initiatives of the Sports and Community Planning Program within the Sports and Community Infrastructure Branch.

You will be responsible for coordinating a diverse range of sports and community infrastructure projects with both internal and external stakeholders.

Elements Of The Role Include

• Responsibility for developing, coordinating and implementing a diverse range of projects including capital and strategic projects.
• Manage the development and implementation of community engagement strategies and associated communications to support project delivery through design development, detailed design and construction phases of infrastructure projects.
• Liaise effectively, professionally and positively with members of the community, Councillors, government agencies, consultants, contractors, community service providers, State and National sporting organisations in relation to the aims and objectives of the Sports and Community Planning program.
• Following all health and safety requirements and responsibilities

Minimum Requirements Of The Role Include

• Extensive knowledge and experience in planning, development and delivery of varied projects including capital and strategic projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver a portfolio of projects that have broad strategic engagement and/or broad organisational impact.
• Tertiary qualification in in project management, infrastructure planning, design, construction, or a related discipline and/or extensive demonstratable experience in delivering a wide variety of complex infrastructure and strategic projects.
• Possession of a current C class Drivers Licence
