About The Role

This role will see you deliver park volunteer programs and related projects, including environmental maintenance programs, mountain bike volunteer projects, corporate volunteer programs state/Federal Funded initiatives and community events.

You will operate under direction from the Parks Community Supervisor and this position works closely with a variety of internal and external clients.

The Role Will Require You To Have

• Certificate 4 in Conservation and Land Management or other relevant Diploma, Degree Qualification and/or extensive demonstratable experience in delivering environmental restoration programs in a community-based environment
• Cert 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
• Demonstrated experience in working within Work Health and Safety legislation
• Current C Class drivers Licence
• Effective communication skills
• Willing to undergo a fitness capacity assessment
• Availability to work across weekends
• Paid Blue Card – Working with Children’s Check
