The Organisational Development Program Leader is located within the People & Culture Branch, ing directly to the People & Culture Manager. The Branch provides services to the organisation by working in a partnership with the Directorates to delivery high quality people solutions and timely, responsive, and consistent advice to our stakeholders.
Our Organisational Development (OD) team develops, implements, and monitors key functions for the organisation, such as business transformation, capability and development strategies, initiatives, and program activities.
This key leadership role will oversee the OD program, drawing upon previous experience, knowledge, and qualifications to provide specialist advice, guidance and strategic direction for learning and development for the organisation and the team. This includes the ability to interpret and articulate behavioural patterns, methodologies, improvement strategies, project updates and outcomes.
