You will be working in a small team where you and your contribution matter every day. Your work includes housekeeping (stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms and rooms/cabins), some laundry, light front desk (computer), customer service, and assisting us with watering our gorgeous flower baskets. You learn firsthand what it takes to provide excellent hospitality and to welcome each guest with your sweet attitude of kindness and authenticity.

You will also be working in an owner-operated business that gives back to the local community with our support of local non-profits and sustainability with our commitment to being a green operation.

Some details:

Pay per hour is starting at $13.00/hr. and up, plus $1 to $2 tip per hour worked. End of season bonus for contract fulfillment. Housing is available for a work exchange of 9 hrs per week. Different shifts are available depending on your Hospitality experience. The season is from May 1 to November 5, and different start and departure times can be arranged with your schedule.
