The Talent Acquisition Partner owns the full cycle of Loeb Electric recruiting from “kickoff to close” working with the hiring managers and the HR Team to bring the best on board! This position is the brand ambassador for Loeb and is responsible for the overall process and strategies to ensure we hire the best people for our growing business. As the you will ensure that our hiring practices are innovative and give the best candidate experience while meeting the current and future needs of our hiring managers.

• Evaluates current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness; suggests innovative methods to improve overall success.
• Leads the onboarding process from moment of hire through the first 30 days.
• Explores and implements new sourcing methods to find job candidates and measure success.
• Evaluates the ROI on the best recruiting software for potential implementation.
• Partners with the marketing team to improve the Loeb brand when recruiting internally and externally.
• Trains and coaches hiring managers on proper interviewing methods and techniques.
• Monitors key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures; implements standard recruiting metrics ((e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire) and communicates results to the business.
• Understands the business growth and partners with the senior leadership team to forecast future hiring needs.
• Stays abreast on the latest developments in labor legislation to determine the impact it may have on current recruitment.
• Builds the company’s professional network through relationships with local high schools, trade schools, colleges, industry associations and other community partners.
• Conducts interviews with job applicants to fill immediate positions; creates a shortlist of high potential candidates for new opportunities.
• Manages the internal posting process for internal promotions or lateral moves; provides coaching and guidance to current associates to support their career at Loeb Electric.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred.
• 5 years as a recruiter or HR generalist with heavy concentration as a recruiter.
• Experience screening and interviewing job applicants at all levels of the company.

• Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and job boards.

• Strong leadership to build and develop great business partnerships.
• Demonstrates sound decision-making quickly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of social media and professional networks for recruiting.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $46,000.00 per year
