Lodgestar Investments Hiring for Remote Hotel Sales Coordinator at Remote Full Time

Lodgestar Investments has been in the Hotel Industries in 1993. We successfully own, construct and operate different franchise hotels and we are currently seeking to fill the position Remote Sales Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for a Front Desk Agent or Front Desk Manager looking to grow within the Hospitality industry.

Job Summary:

Fully support, from an administrative, customer service, and revenue standpoint Director of Sales and Director of Revenue Management in efforts to develop future and repeat business. This position will require “self-management”, meaning you must be able to recognize the tasks needing attention and being able to prioritize them and act without specific direction. As a Sales Coordinator you are working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members to guarantee the visit exceeds expectations and ensuring future business.

Responsibilities

• Create group proposals and contracts
• Create and distribute group resumes and BEO’s
• Identify new contacts, develop sales leads
• Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
• Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions.
• Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
• Produce accurate and timely s that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the ing of appointments, calls made and business leads
• Assist the Director of Revenue management in pulling s and creating packets.
• Rate shopping for Revenue Manager and Director of Sales
• Tracking account production numbers

• Ensuring booked guests needs are met
• Assist the Director of Sales
• Assist the Director of Revenue
• Coordinating with other departments
• Maintain and monitor rooming lists and cut off dates
• Maintain and coordinate all group needs for parties booking rooms.
• Maintain and coordinate all group needs for parties booking the meeting room.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a hotel or related industry.
• Fosse Experience Preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and administration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, including the internet.
• Professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in contracting and negotiating.
• Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
• Valid Driver’s License and pass background driving check.

The person most fit for this position will be outgoing with great people skills, detail oriented, aggressive, highly motivated and have strong work ethics.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
