Full Job Description

Lodgestar Investments has been in the Hotel Industry in 1993. We successfully own, construct and operate different franchise hotels and we are currently seeking to fill the position of Procurement Specialist.

Job Summary:

This position is tasked with helping current construction, renovation and operational needs of hotels owned by Lodgestar in the metroplex.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Price negotiations to ensure best pricing.
  • Place orders for materials.
  • Coordinate, track and schedule of deliveries.
  • Match delivery tickets to invoices.
  • Verify invoice pricing, code correctly and submit to accounting.
  • Track and record all purchases.
  • Maintain calendars of rental equipment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative assistant role in construction field
  • 1 year procurement experience other than office supplies a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, must be able to score above average on testing

The person most fit for this position will be outgoing with great people skills, detail oriented, aggressive, highly motivated and have strong work ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
