Position

If you like working with numbers and helping people, we would like to talk to you. We have an opening in our Reno office for an experienced Bookkeeper but will also consider training for an entry level position.

Job Duties

• Reconcile bank statements
• Reconciles accounting systems monthly
• Prepares payroll and payroll reports.
• Post and reconcile credit card purchases
• Post and reconcile vendor payments.
• Maintains calendar of routine accounting duties
• Customer Service

• Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
• GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)

• General ledger accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
