The Sales Manager Responsibilities Include
- Development and execution of transactional sales plan to achieve annual sales goal of $120M+
- Understanding of US Government, Domestic, and international customer base for fixed wing platforms and country specific procurement requirements
- Ability to develop customer relationships to transition transactional support to programmatic solutions
- Market strategy for new product lines within customer base through alignment with business development and internal stakeholders
- Manage international consultants
- Partner with supply chain management to ensure on time delivery and develop planning and procurement strategies in alignment with customer demand signals
- Lead interdepartmental improvement initiatives, inventory reductions, and process improvements
- Manage department budgets and establish cost-reduction initiatives
