I thought I would start this off with a little laughter. Now that’s over; let’s get serious. Lock & Key Transactions which is headquartered in Richmond Virginia is looking for a friendly and fun independent transaction coordinator (no companies, no teams) to join our team!

This TC would work on the front lines of L&K, assisting agents with contract to post-closing, compliance, listing and lease management. We work with agents all over the United States.

Requirements:

• 1 year of real estate experience (doesn’t have to be transaction coordinating)
• Happy to follow L&K’s mission and top-notch customer service requirements
• Happy to offer suggestions/tips and ideas on business growth

Responsibilities:

• May assist owner with in-person marketing meetings
• Review contract & disclosures for compliance
• Introduce & congratulation buyer/seller by phone
• Send introduction email to all parties
• Verify EMD was received
• Schedule/coordinate inspections with agent
• Upload contracts, disclosures and amendments to agents broker
• Pays strict attention to detail on every file and transaction
• Create funding requests
• Able to work more hours during busy season
• Must be able to follow a checklist

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and the pay is based on a commission % of the transaction fee.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12,500.00 – $35,500.00 per year
