Local Solutions Inc. is looking for high quality and experienced cannabis trimmers to join our team.

Local Solutions Inc. offers labour solutions for Cannabis Licensed Producers from trimming, cultivation, packaging, labeling, and sanitization. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist with key cannabis labour tasks which include but are not limited to; trimming, de-leafing, harvesting, post-harvest production, packaging, labeling and sanitization in an efficient and professional manner

· Conduct pre and post-production cleanup and room sanitation according to Standard Operating Procedures, and Health Canada Cannabis Regulations

· Professionalism and Punctuality is a must

· Report to Team Leads any issues that arise, particularly for issues of quality control and health and safety

WHAT YOU BRING:

· Great attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

· Knowledge of cannabis and the industry is an asset

· Ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures and Health Canada Regulations

· Understanding of production and cultivation practices

· Manual dexterity and motor coordination; good eye-hand coordination

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills

· Initiative – you are a go-getter and demonstrate a positive attitude towards completing work objectives

· Strong attention to detail – You take pride in the quality and accuracy of your work, no matter how small

· Reliable – you are on time and consistent and can effectively work through technical challenges with team members

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

· Willingness to learn about commercial cannabis cultivation and horticulture

· 1 year of cannabis experience is an asset
