Local Roofing LLC Hiring for Sales Representative at Hayward, WI Full Time

Local Roofing LLC is hiring a Sales Representative for our Hayward Roofing branch in Hayward, WI. This position will have paid training and then a commission based payment structure. Our current full time Sales Representatives earn between $65,000-$100,000 per year, highly dependent upon the individual’s motivation. Unlimited earning potential, company vehicle, company phone, company laptop and clothing are provided to all of our Sales Representatives. This position is a hybrid position working from both our office and customer homes as well as your own office space.

You will perform on-site roofing inspections and measurements to prepare roofing estimates for our customers on roof replacements. You will meet with customers face to face to educate the customer on the insurance claims process, if the project is related to storm damage. You will educate the customers on the different roofing products we offer as well as the benefits of each.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Measure and inspect roofs.
• Prepare estimates for customers based on your roof inspection findings.
• Educate customers on the insurance claim process.
• Provide excellent and professional customer service at all times.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening, positivity and enthusiasm of brand.
• Service-oriented.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must know how to use a tape measure and ladder.
• Must be self motivated and work well in a fast paced environment.
• Must have basic geometry skills.
• Must be comfortable with heights.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or Sales experience preferred.
• Some experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be assigned preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb a ladder and be ok with heights
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
