We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate for this position is a problem solver who is able to troubleshoot customer issues quickly and accurately. The Support Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide software technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Provide customer service training to new clients.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify and document customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist customers with product installation, setup, and configuration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
