Local Government Federal Credit Union Hiring for Digital Operations Specialist at Raleigh, NC Full Time

The Digital Operations Specialist will play a vital role in optimizing and supporting the organization’s digital infrastructure and processes. The primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth functioning of digital tools, platforms, and systems, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining a seamless user experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Digital Operations Specialist will monitor digital performance metrics, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement. This role is expected to have a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills, contribute to the success of digital initiatives, support the organization’s digital transformation and enable a data-driven approach to decision-making.

NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY WORK

• Support various digital platforms, systems, and tools used by the organization. This includes websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and other digital assets.
• Continuously monitor and assess the user experience across digital channels to ensure ease of navigation, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. Propose and implement improvements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers/members, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to digital platforms and applications.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze digital performance metrics, such as website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Prepare regular s and insights to help drive data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for streamlining digital processes and workflows. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Support digital marketing and advertising initiatives by coordinating the setup and execution of digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring proper tracking and ing.
• Help maintain digital content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across digital channels. Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with the overall digital strategy.
• In collaboration with the Quality Assurance (QA) team, perform QA testing on digital assets, including websites, mobile apps, and landing pages, to identify and resolve issues related to functionality, performance, and compatibility.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the organization’s requirements and service level agreements.
• Adhere to digital security protocols and industry compliance standards, safeguarding member data and sensitive information. Proactively identify and address potential security risks.
• Support the creation of training materials and documentation related to digital processes and platforms. Provide training to team members and stakeholders on digital tools and best practices.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital operations, UX design, and technology to suggest innovative ideas and enhancements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Here are a few skills you MUST have to be qualified for this position.

• 1 – 3 years in digital operations, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms, content management systems (CMS), and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze digital performance metrics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as email marketing software, social media management platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
• Experience with data analysis and ing tools to derive insights from digital data.
• Experience in conducting quality assurance (QA) testing on digital assets to ensure functionality and performance.
• Familiarity with digital security protocols and industry compliance standards to protect customer data and sensitive information.
• Ability to function in a Consumer business environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, copier, telephone, etc.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. (file boxes, computer printer)
• Travel required on occasion.

• Relevant certifications in digital marketing, web analytics, or related areas.
• Previous experience in a similar digital operations, digital marketing, or technical support role is preferred.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing
