Who we are looking for:

We are looking for Licensed Loan Officers that have a track record of funding at least one loan per month and are hungry to grow their business. We need:

Self Sourced Loan Officers, Direct to Consumer Loan Officers or Hybrids (you do both!).

• Must be licensed.
• 1 year of experience or more.
• Desire to improve life, career and compensation.
• Ability to take a loan application from start to finish.
• Thorough understanding of the mortgage loan process.
• Eager to advance your career or open your own branch, a plus!

Compensation

We can adjust to your needs. We have options with a salary, top commission or a combination of both. Want a P&L or to start your own branch? We have that option too.

Up to 300bps and/or salary based on experience and performance in the mortgage business and individual needs.
