About The Position
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly support internal teams and contribute to a seamless experience for our customers. As a Loan Administration Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting mortgage servicing operations—helping ensure loan transactions are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
- Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
Nice To Haves
- Secondary education preferred.
- An understanding of mortgage loan processing, documentation, and closing procedures preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties to support mortgage loan processing and servicing activities.
- Organize and prepare mortgage files for imaging and record retention.
- Prepare and deliver accurate payoff information for mortgage loans.
- Assist with loan payment posting, ACH setup, and ACH removals.
- Monitor servicing email inboxes and respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Process incoming wires and support loan boarding activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and organization of departmental records.
- Provide backup support for other mortgage servicing functions as needed.
