Position Summary: The Inventory Coordinator is a supporting role to the IT department. The Inventory Coordinator must possess strong organization and logistics skills to manage a diverse array of technology inventory. The individual in this role will be responsible for the intake, management and movement of store and corporate equipment held in the warehouse. The individual will need to utilize a tracking application to cycle count equipment on a regular cadence and provide notifications to leadership when inventories fall below target inventory levels. This individual will own and champion the inventory process and provide guidance to those that need to acquire inventory for projects.

Responsibilities:

· Perform a starting inventory and an annual audit for IT Leadership.

· Conduct and monthly cycle counts of inventory in the warehouse using tracking software.

· Receiving incoming new and used inventory and count pieces as they arrive.

· Organize bulk inventory in the warehouse using forklift and pallet jack equipment.

· Organize inventory in the warehouse to provide pick locations for each piece of technology.

· Assist with picking inventory when it is ready to be deployed.

Working Relationships: The Inventory Coordinator will need to working with interdepartmental groups to set up inventory locations for their technology. This individual will need to work with warehouse management to identify new or existing locations for inventory storage. Additionally, this individual may request resources to assist with large inventory projects such as cycle counting or e-waste disposal.
