LMP Group Hiring for Talent & Acquisition Executive Job at London, England Full Time

Location: Remote/ Home based with occasional travel

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000)

Job Purpose

The Talent and Acquisition Executive will carry out every stage of recruitment and candidate selection for LMP Group, attracting top talent, vetting candidates and advising our business on best recruitment practices and processes.

Most recruitment needs fall within our Education and Employability departments, to support our apprenticeship and traineeship programmes, for example, Tutors and Assessors, and within our CIC to support enrichment and holiday programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing a recruitment strategy to ensure timely recruitment of all required personnel in line with the company strategy and growth plans.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, hiring amazing talent into all roles, across all functions.
• Running and improving end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new starts.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Create and execute campaigns, using appropriate platforms and collaboration with others.
• Check that all interviews are done well, ensuring best practice is applied within the process, and educate hiring managers on candidates’ skill sets, market trends, recruiting process and appropriate hiring strategy.
• Lead employment branding initiatives, developing careers pages to always be spectacular, promoting it across all internal and externally facing channels.
• Use hiring data to spot trends and inefficiencies.
• Produce high-quality reports that identify any potential issues.
• Regularly review and update the Company’s recruiting and hiring policies and procedures ensuring compliance to all relevant employment laws and in line with our Equal opportunities policy.

Skills/ Experience required

• Proven recruitment/ talent attraction experience, internal or agency.
• Excellent, networking, stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational abilities [including the ability to handle multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously].
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Developed analytical skills [enabling data-driven decision-making].
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or equivalent [ideally within the education sector].
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HR databases.
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks [like LinkedIn].
