Talent Acquisition Coordinator
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will assist with managing the recruitment cycle for our open positions. You will be responsible for posting job openings, using an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs) and other creative means for sourcing to attract qualified candidates for open jobs. You will be responsible for evaluating, assessing and screening candidates for our regional management teams. If you have strong communication and organization skills and have a keen eye for finding talented individuals, we want to meet you! Ultimately, you should be able to manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure we always meet our staff requirements.
Review New Candidates in ATS (iCIMs)
· Follow up with Candidates and Hiring Managers to ensure the interview (assessments and references) and hiring processes are advancing swiftly and accordingly
· Follow up on Submitted Candidates with Hiring Managers to support the urgency in Advancing or Rejecting Candidates in all steps of the process
· Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies
· Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals etc.)
· Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
· 2 to 3 Years of agency or corporate recruitment experience preferred (preferably sourcing experience in property management)
· Experience with iCIMS a plus
· Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national level for a variety of positions at multiple locations
· Extensive knowledge of all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills
· Demonstrated experience and/or ability to learn innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of talent
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Motivated, deadline-drive, and results-oriented
· Competitive spirit with a track record of success in a metrics-driven environment
· Eager to learn new technologies, build relationships, and identify quality talent
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
· Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent writing and communication skills
· Ability to manage competing demands and multiple openings

Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
